Adult New Patient
The number one goal of a New Patient Experience is to build strong relationships with all of our patients. All of our Adult New Patient Experiences consist of a two part process.
The first part is an hour long comprehensive consultation, including radiographs, oral cancer screening, and complete exam. Dr. Raggi, Dubin, or Omar takes the time to review the all the findings of your exam with you in detail. Our doctors make sure to explain all recommended treatment options. This is a time to ask questions and bring up your concerns. When you book an Adult New Patient Experience Online, you are booking this initial comprehensive consultation.
The second part of our Adult New Patient Experience is an hour long cleaning appointment with one of our highly skilled hygienists. This appointment may be booked online after your initial consultation, in person at the consultation, or you may call our office at 607-272-3433 to book both parts of the New Patient Experience for the same day.
Child New Patient
We offer two types of initial visits for the children in your family.
For children ages 5-11 who have been to a dentist previously, we recommend a full New Patient Child Experiance. This is a single one hour appointment that includes a comprehensive oral exam, radiographs, a cleaning, and a fluoride treatment if desired.
For children 5 and under who have never been to a dentist before, we provide a special service called a Happy Visit! This appointment is a 30 minute meet and greet with Dr. Raggi, Dubin or Omar and the Gorges Dental staff. A Happy Visit provides a positive and comfortable first experience with a dentist for your child and an opportunity to bring up any questions or concerns.
