Payment
As a fee-for-service out-of-network provider payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, major credit/debit cards, and CareCredit.
Insurance
Gorges Dental is out-of-network with all insurance. But that doesn’t mean you can’t get reimbursement from your insurance.
We are able to submit to all major insurance plans for reimbursement with the exception of Medicare/Medicaid plans and other state sponsored insurance (ex: Fidelis Care).
We will do all the paperwork and can submit your insurance claim electronically for the fastest reimbursement possible. Reimbursement typically takes 3-4 weeks.
Some things to keep in mind:
Your policy allowances for a service may be different than our office fees. Please refer to your fee schedule for details.
Insurance policies vary greatly between companies AND by specific coverage elections within the same companies. This means your coverage may be different than someone else with insurance through the same insurance provider.
We charge the same fees to all of our patients, regardless of insurance coverage.
